Hanieh Mahdian, founder of Honiva Studio, holds a degree in Graphic Design and brings significant experience and focus in the fields of directing, commercial photography, and promotional video production.
One of her most intentional and defining decisions in building Honiva was forming an all-female team. She firmly believes that women, especially in today’s professional landscape, face more challenges than their male counterparts. Yet, she also sees immense potential in their ability to lead, create, and collaborate. In her view, when women work together, they create a space full of creativity, empathy, and shared purpose—yielding powerful and distinctive results.
Her vision for advertising goes beyond traditional, industrial formats. She aims to create campaigns that are emotionally resonant, story-driven, and true to each brand’s identity.
